Proverbs 4:20-2720 My son, give attention to my words;
Incline your ear to my sayings.
21 Do not let them depart from your eyes;
Keep them in the midst of your heart;
22 For they are life to those who find them,
And health to all their flesh.
23 Keep your heart with all diligence,
For out of it spring the issues of life.
24 Put away from you a deceitful mouth,
And put perverse lips far from you.
25 Let your eyes look straight ahead,
And your eyelids look right before you.
26 Ponder the path of your feet,
And let all your ways be established.
27 Do not turn to the right or the left;
Remove your foot from evil.
Keep your heart with all diligence for out of it spring the issues of life indeed. What got me into this predicament is exactly issues of the heart. I realised that my conscience keeps bugging me. I think it would have been more forgiveable if it ended than for me to knowingly hide away. How could he pretend or hide from her I have no idea. I just discovered a side to him that I never knew existed. Maybe it's true, when he said that he has changed. He is no longer the him who I remembered ages ago who was devoted to his girlfriend. Urrgh. Where exactly are we heading? And I'm actually doubting him, doubting his words. Suspecting whether or not what he's saying is true. But this is the him right, whom I have known for 5 years? I just didn't expect that after the dam has broken he's so free with his words. Just what exactly am I fussing about? Ponder your path of your feet and let all your ways be established. As long as I seek the Lord and place Him first, my faith, naught could go wrong. Please Lord, guide me in your ways, let me look at no other and seek only you.
